Return Policy

Any order placed via the Casa di Gusto eShop or through the stores can be cancelled within 48 hours. We will be happy to give you a full refund for the products that are returned with proof of purchase.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchange for custom made items. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return if the returns criteria are not fully met.

Orders that have been delivered cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or not as described, Casa di Gusto will cover the cost of return or replacement of the product. In case a forklift truck is needed the buyer will be charged by the third party company.

When contacting us please have your order number ready so we can help you quickly and remember to clearly state which product(s) you would like to cancel or return if you choose to write or email.

Guarantee

The guarantee period is valid for two years from the delivery date. The guarantee does not cover normal wear/tear, broken glasses or damages caused by the customer.
